Tele Radiology

Teleradiology refers to the practice of a Radiologist interpreting medical images while not physically present in the location where the images are generated. All non-invasive imaging studies, such as digitized X-Rays, CT, MRI, PET-CT and Nuclear Medicine studies, can be interpreted in such a manner.

Teleradiology solutions involve the electronic transmission of diagnostic imaging studies from one location to another for interpretation and/or consultation. In this process, digitized images are transmitted to Infocus Diagnostics via high-speed telecommunication links.

To ensure the high quality of the-reporting to Teleradiology Clients, Infocus Diagnostics uses USFDA-approved software “RADSpa” a product of “Telerad Tech” which ensures that the image quality is the same at the client site and the workstation of the Radiologist at Infocus Diagnostics.
